Installation Tips – Pictures are listed for reference
- To remove original BBU, unscrew rear iron sight screws and then push BBU out, whilst holding the Slide and applying pressure outwards on the slide.
- Use original Nozzle set
- Remove Piston Lid from original BBU
- Install the small tension spring and Extractor onto Steel Slide first
- Install BBU/Nozzle Spring with brass bar
- Install Piston Lid whilst using the provided Philips head screw into the Alloy BBU
- Install Alloy BBU into Steel Slide
- Install Rear Ironsight
- Grease/Oil slide where applicable
- Install upper onto USP Lower
