We offer free kerbside delivery on most orders over $500 – fast, reliable, and with the flexibility to choose a delivery day that suits you, up to three months in advance.

For orders under $500, delivery is $15 for lighter parcel items (under 18kg) and $40 for heavier pallet deliveries.

Most orders arrive within two business days, and when you order before 11am, we’ll start processing your delivery straight away.

Please note: some remote or regional areas may incur additional charges, but we’ll always notify you before checkout so there are no surprises.

Returns

We’re confident you’ll love your new tiles, but if they’re not quite right, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to decide.

You can return your full order for a refund within 100 days of delivery, provided everything is unused and in its original packaging.

Please note: we can only accept full-order returns. For tile orders, we’re unable to accept partial returns or leftover boxes.

Ordering your tiles from Edge Tiles is simple and hassle-free. Just enter the total square metres you need, and our system will automatically calculate the number of boxes required. We always round up to the nearest full box to ensure complete coverage.

As a general guideline, we also recommend adding an extra 10% to your order to allow for waste, cuts, and any unexpected breakages during installation.

While we recommend using a professional tiler, you can fix these ceramic wall tiles yourself – especially if you’re a dab hand at DIY.
