Blake Bray is a highly experienced and dedicated professional who has built his career from the ground up at Padstar Pty Ltd over the past decade. Beginning as an apprentice roof plumber, Blake quickly demonstrated a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to mastering his trade. Upon completing his apprenticeship, he transitioned into a junior role where he continued to expand his technical expertise and developed a deeper understanding of roofing systems, safety standards, and project coordination.
Through consistent performance and a proactive approach to learning, Blake steadily progressed within the company, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of residential and commercial projects. His time in the field equipped him with practical problem-solving skills, the ability to manage complex site challenges, and a thorough knowledge of industry best practices. Blake is known for his ability to lead by example, maintaining high standards of workmanship while fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.
Now serving as Operations Manager, Blake oversees both on-site and office-based functions, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. His role involves coordinating teams, managing schedules and budgets, and implementing systems that improve productivity and communication across the business. Blake’s comprehensive understanding of operations—from frontline trade work to strategic planning—enables him to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
