Follows the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guidelines in regards to warranty<\/p>\n

Warranty Period<\/strong><\/p>\n

EQUIPT 4X4 AUSTRALIA PTY LTD products sold either in Australia or overseas comes with warranty depending on the product purchased which begins from date of purchase specified on your sales receipt or invoice unless otherwise notified by EQUIPT 4X4 AUSTRALIA PTY LTD<\/span> affiliates in writing prior to or at the date of purchase. For more information, ask the sales staff about warranty for products or services.<\/p>\n

What this warranty covers:<\/strong><\/p>\n

EQUIPT 4X4 AUSTRALIA PTY LTD warrants that it will, at it\u2019s own discretion, replace OR repair any products that you purchase which during the warranty period, which has a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and conditions.<\/p>\n

Replacement of a product or Parts:<\/strong><\/p>\n

When warranty service involves the replacement of a product or a part, the original product or part being replaced becomes the property of EQUIPT 4X4 AUSTRALIA PTY LTD<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Only unaltered\/unmodified EQUIPT 4X4 AUSTRALIA PTY LTD<\/span> products and parts are eligible for replacement.<\/p>\n

The replacement product or part is warranted for the remaining period of the original product warranty given.<\/p>\n

Products & parts presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished ones of the same type rather than with brand new parts.<\/p>\n

Cost of Claiming:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Under this warranty, unless EQUIPT 4X4 AUSTRALIA PTY LTD<\/span> Affiliates otherwise agrees in writing, the consumer will bear the cost of claiming under this warranty including the cost of returning the product to EQUIPT 4X4 AUSTRALIA PTY LTD.<\/p>\n

Under this warranty, EQUIPT 4X4 AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is responsible for loss or damage to your product only while it is in the possession of EQUIPT 4X4 AUSTRALIA PTY LTD<\/span> Affiliates.<\/p>\n

Use of Personal Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n

This warranty will be voided if you do not supply to us or to our EQUIPT 4X4 AUSTRALIA PTY LTD<\/span> Affiliates information that we reasonably request to enable us to perform our obligations under this warranty.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
